Reporting to the Director of Solutions, Asset Management, Operations and Custody (Specialized solutions in trading/exchange, securities, investment fund accounting), you will be responsible for working as a functional analyst on various team projects, including a regulatory project. Projects are related to asset custody (including regulatory changes related to Global+ and Arrow).

You will provide professional support and act as the reference in your field with the team, dedicated customers, business partners and suppliers.

The nature of the files and projects requires global knowledge in the fields of asset management and securities.

  • Help the client and business partners identify their needs, guide them in the choice of appropriate technological solutions, recommend an implementation strategy and support them in their daily operations;
  • Ensure a good understanding and documentation of the business needs of the target clientele;
  • Contribute to the resolution of problems through analysis and your overall knowledge of the business field;
  • Resolve functional problems that arise during the course of the project so that the proposed solutions are consistent and take into account both user needs and system design as well as the constraints to be respected;
  • Contribute to the improvement or implementation of work tools, methods and processes;
  • Act as an intermediary between technical and business profiles;
  • Receive, analyze and document customer requests. Identify the impacts of changes in software packages used by partners;
  • Participate in the configuration of business software packages and the implementation of business rules in technological solutions related to your projects;
  • Develop and follow up on the different strategies related to testing, training, implementation and operational problems of strategic systems;
  • Prepare and conduct tests, perform quality assessment of interventions and the implementation of corrective measures to ensure the quality, reliability and availability of systems;
  • Diagnose issues, challenges, needs and problems to be resolved with the development teams, in the context of medium to high complexity patch requests, deployments and post-deployments, in order to agree on the targeted results;
  • Monitor the evolution of policies, standards and regulations related to the business domain.

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
  • Minimum : 8 years of relevant experience in information technology;5 years of relevant experience in an analytical position;2 years of relevant experience in a financial field (asset management, securities, finance).
  • Experience in solution analysis with software packages (required);
  • Experience on Agile and Cascade projects, as well as with financial software packages such as Global+ (asset);
  • Knowledge of the financial and asset management field (an asset);
  • Knowledge of advanced English (exchange with suppliers in English). Expected level : English: 4/4French: 4/4
